Users have given permission to use the included photos for model training only. The license grants the named organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to train models during its contracted access term. Commercial deployment of trained models is permitted, provided the source photos are not exposed or reproduced. Publishing the photos or using them directly is not allowed. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, and sharing the dataset with third parties are prohibited. Access must be restricted to authorized personnel, and dataset copies must be deleted when the access term ends; trained models may be retained. Exclusive rights may be negotiated in a separate written agreement.
